In your opinion, what are the strengths that make customers trust in FiSCHER’s planning?
S.O.:We always judge a project primarily from objective aspects and base our concept on the technically best and at the same time most cost-efficient technology. If required, we also provide our customers with system comparisons including cost estimates. We attach great importance to high quality consulting. Our customers can always rely on reliable contact persons in the office and in the field. In case of doubt, these contacts also intervene in case of ambiguities and mediate between planners and experts. In the end, a planning from our company always stands for the most reasonable and cost-efficient solution.
What happens then, what kind of support can the customer expect?
S.O.: Emergency lighting is not the installer’s staff of life and is a very complex issue. That is why it is a good idea to call on our experts. With us, customers have a personal contact person in the field with the sales engineer responsible for them. If desired, our colleagues work closely with the customer and support him with their expertise, including on-site visits and providing samples.
